Teen Might Face Life In Prison For Alleged Drug-Deal and Aggravated Robbery

Joe Randall, 19, was arrested when a 16-year-old told detectives that he was mugged while attempting to purchase marijuana in the parking lot of his apartment. The aggravated robbery took place on Rayford Road. The 16-year-old also told detectives when he approached a red car in the parking lot to buy marijuana; one of the passengers was allegedly Randall.
